NE Youth is one of the largest regional youth infrastructure bodies and has a strong tradition of supporting and providing quality services to our members within the youth and community sector.  We’ve been around since 1935 and represent and work in partnership with over 80 youth and community and sports clubs/organisations, as well as working within many other networks.  We are inspired by our members and the grassroots work they deliver which in turn, shapes our work and makes NE Youth who we are.

Membership is open to all organisations/sectors working with children and young people throughout the North East of England, which support NE Youth’s core objectives. There has never been a better time to become a member of NE Youth. Whatever the size or reach of your organisation, NE Youth can offer support, resources, and opportunities to compliment your work with young people of the highest quality.

What our members say:

What we offer:

Our membership offer is constantly evolving to meet the increasing demands facing our members.  We want to provide an offer that reflects the diverse needs of our members, and conduct an annual survey to review our services over the past year, and what services members would like us to offer moving forward.

Our offer is broken down into four main areas, becoming more sustainable, getting more connected with others, providing quality services to children and young people, and strategic and organisational development. Please see the link at the bottom of the page for a full breakdown of our member offer.
