Our new strategy 2025-30 sets out a bold vision: to ensure every young person in the North East has access to high-quality, relevant, and empowering youth services.
We know the challenges – child poverty, mental health pressures, housing and employment struggles – but we also see the opportunities. With the right support, young people don’t just cope, they thrive.
Our two-stage approach
- 2025–26: Reflection and consolidation– strengthening our systems, listening to young people, and securing our sustainability.
- 2026–30: Growth and innovation– building on strong foundations to reach further and achieve more.
Our four strategic priorities
- Sustainability– stronger income, digital growth, long-term resilience.
- People– skilled, motivated staff and volunteers.
- Inclusion– every young person’s voice counts.
- Impact– showing the real difference we make, and influencing wider change.
